Mike Constable has over 30 years experience in the subsea cable sector, having held senior leadership positions in both investment and supply side organisations; including eight years as CEO of Huawei Marine Networks. He is a well-regarded contributor, speaker and insightfiul thought-leader on investment strategy, regulatory and geopolitical issues, market dynamics and all facets of subsea cable maintenance and operations. Mike has served on the SubOotic Association Executive Commitee and is Vice Chairman of the United Nations Joint Task Force on SMART Cables.  he holds undergraduate and MBA desgrees and has completed an Advanced Management programme at Harvard Business School.
