Mr. Daniel Gutierrez is currently the owner/managing director of Real Estate Development Company Pimlico Data Parks, and the President of the Board of the Baja California Energy Innovation Cluster Association of Northewestern Mexico. He has built a distinguished career in real estate law not only near the US-Mexico Border areas, but also in central Mexico Bajio industrial region and Monterrey/Saltillo areas, including environmental, telecom and energy sectors. In the past, acted as legal auditor for Title insurance companies licensed in Mexico. As a lawyer, he has represented numerous companies in the commercial, industrial, real estate, land use, easements, rights-of-way, and ejido (communal ownership) sectors, including representation before Public Utilities Companies and regulators in the water, energy and telecommunications space, as well as certification of statutory requirements for equipment, engines and other valuable equipment.
