Can I register on the day of the event at Suntec Singapore?
Yes, you can. All registrations and payment have to be made online. Click here to register online. We do not accept cash / offline payment.

Can I attend the event virtually or dial in?
No. All attendees will need to be at the event physically. Conference content will not be available online. The virtual platform (powered by Swapcard app) is only available for attendees to arrange for meetings, view the Exhibitor Listing and Agenda outline.

Where can I view the latest agenda?
You can still find our latest agenda here . The most up-to-date version will also feature on our event platform, Swapcard which you'll receive the logins about 3 weeks before the event. Please note, there will be no "paper agendas" at the event, so we encourage you to download the app.

I have registered for the event as a paid delegate but I cannot attend the in-person event due to unforeseen circumstances. What should I do?

Can I get a 1-day conference pass? Is there an Exhibition-Only pass?
Unfortunately, we do not provide 1-day conference pass and Exhibition-Only passes. Latest ticket pricing can be found here .
Does the conference pass include airfare and accommodation?
The ticket does not include travel and accommodation costs. Please make the necessary arrangements. Submarine Networks World 2022’s Official Hotels can be found here . Rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis at the discretion of the respective hotels.

Please visit https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-depart/entry_requirements/visa_requirements and check with your local immigration authorities for latest information. You are also strongly advised to check with your local immigration and health authorities for all travel and pandemic protocols. All overseas attendees entering Singapore also have to complete SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with Electronic Health Declaration within three (3) days prior to the date of arrival in Singapore. I need a Letter of Invitation (LOI) for my visa application. What should I do?
Please ensure you have registered for Submarine Networks World 2022 first. Once that is done, email us at customerservice.sg@terrapinn.com with your contact details. Please note we will take up to 3 working days to issue the LOI upon receiving full details. Requests for LOI will cease on 31 August 2022.

Lunch is included in the conference pass for all confirmed conference delegates.

What is Swapcard?
Swapcard is our official event platform app. You will receive your log-in details from 16 August 2022 onwards. Please check your mailbox for an email from hello@swapcard.com. Once you have received your details, you must download the app and login as you will need to present your QR code at registration for your badge.
The app will also give you the opportunity to make connections and network with other attendees. As there will be no paper agendas at the event, you can view it on the app; build your own personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in.
Please note, you cannot attend the event or dial into any sessions virtually through the app. You will need to attend the event physically to participate in sessions.
