Giuseppe Valentino leads in Telecom Italia Sparkle the Backbone & Infrastructure Solutions - Product Management team. He joined the company in 2003 and he has held senior positions within sales, product management and innovation organizations. From 1996 to 2002 he worked, in Belgium and in Italy, for GTS/Ebone, a pioneer in IP and cross-border fiber backbones development in Europe, with business development as well as sales responsibilities. He started his carrier in 1991 at ICT manufacturer Italtel as Project Engineer and worked at Bell Labs in Denver, Colorado, between 1994 and 1995 as coordinator of a joint development program between Italtel and AT&T (now Nokia).
He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Production Engineering from Politecnico di Milano University.
