Vivek spearheads the Open Banking & API led strategic initiatives, at Federal Bank. He is responsible for the overall API Product Management, Partner evaluation, Market Expansion, and setting up of Operational & Governance framework. Federal Bank is a leader in Digital Banking and Open Banking initiatives in India. Vivek has a decade+ experience on various facets of Digital Banking and has been instrumental in various digital transformation initiatives, that saw Federal Bank grow into a formidable player in the Digital and Innovation space. Among other innovations, he has conceptualised and launched FedBook Selfie - a mobile account opening App, first of its kind in the world (2015).   Vivek is a thought leader in the Fintech space and is a firm believer of partnership-led innovations in financial services. He is a strong advocate of the contemporary digital infrastructure that's getting built in India, including India Stack, and a million opportunities it presents. He believes in the power of collaboration and endless opportunities that Open Banking brings about. He is also associated with the NASSCOM program and mentors Fintechs and start-ups on an ongoing basis.   He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, and is an IIM Kozhikode alumnus
