Mohammed Almutlaq is the Director of Financial Sector Development at SAMA. With 13+ years experience in different functions within the Central Bank in Banking policies, G20 advisory and in developing national payment system strategies. Mohammed earned an MBA and MSF from Boston College, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Prince Sultan University.
