Mohamed Al Assaf’s key roles are in driving and managing the overall operations of corporate development and overseeing the progress of different initiatives through the transformation office. He is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the company’s corporate strategy and planning function by recommending and pursuing business opportunities for growth, strategic alliances, business partnerships as well as mergers and acquisitions.   Mr. Al Assaf also leads the transformation office that manages and monitors the delivery of major integration projects and programs, including running a project management office in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Mr. Al Assaf began his career at Majid Al Futtaim in 1999 and took on his current role in 2017. Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for Technology in Jordan, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Leicester in the UK.
