Khalid Al-Nufaie is the CHRO in Geidea. In this role, he leads the group’s HR function and the execution of Geidea’s Talent Management strategy and digital upskilling initiatives. Al-Nufaie comes with a diverse experience of over 15 years, which covers all aspects of HR . The diverse experience counts sectors like Petrochemical ( SABIC ) , Banking (Bank AlBilad) , Mining (Ma’aden), as well as public sector where he served the National Transformation Program at The Saudi Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture in the capacity of GM of shared services for its Agriculture division.
