  Claudio has over 20 years of extensive management and business experience in international markets and payment systems. A committed executive, with strong multidisciplinary skills, recognised internationally by the major players in payment system infrastructure strategy. Claudio is a subject matter advisor on Real-Time Payments, HighValue and retail payments processing, Central Bank Digital Currency, Central Securities Depositories and Settlement of Securities. In 2019 Claudio founded DGT Solutions with the aim to enable Central Institutions to accomplish complex transformation initiatives through the application of business innovation and specialist knowledge. To date, Claudio has dealt with more than 50 Central Banks and Market Infrastructures giving business and technical advice and has in addition been personally involved in shaping the transformation of more than 20 Central Bank’s payment system strategies. Claudio holds a Degree in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and a Master in Business administration from the Bologna Business School.
