Stephan Lewisch, General Operation Manager, Wiener Linien

Stephan Lewisch took his A-Levels at the Polytechnic Mödling in 1986.
In 1988 he began his studies (Engineering) at the Vienna University of Technology. He completed his studies in 1994 as a Graduate Engineer.
Since 1994 Stephan Lewisch has been employed by Wiener Linien, the main public transport company in Vienna, Austria. He started as a Depot Manager of Tram and Bus. From 2001 until 2005 he was the Deputy Manager of the Underground Operation Department. Later he worked as Head of the Training Department until 2008. After that, Stephan Lewisch became  Head of the Controlling Department of Transportation and Customer Care Services until 2010. In 2011, he became Head of the Tramway Operations department until last year when he was elected as the new General Operations Manager for Wiener Linien.
