Sherisse Shelton-Smith, Smart Ticketing Manager, Govia Thameslink Railway

Sherisse has nine years’ experience in the passenger transport industry working in bus and rail.  She has been involved in projects with developing and introducing new ticketing schemes including barcodes and smartcards.  At Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) she is working to improve the customer experience in smart ticketing, enabling acceptance with other train companies and developing keyGo, GTR’s account based pay-as-you-go smart ticket.
