Urban planner with a  Masters in Urban Transport from Universidad Simón Bolívar, Caracas, Venezuela. More than 30 years experience in urban and transport planning, as a consultant and researcher.
Areas of focus: Transport planning, urban planning, integrated modelling of all means of transport, sustainable urban mobility and modal integration
2015– Current: Planning Director Metro de Panamá.
2015– Current: Executive representative on the Organising Board  ATTT – Panamá
2015– Current: Liaison officer for Metro de Panamá and  Transporte Masivo de Panamá - MiBus
2013–2014: Adviser to the office of the President of Panama on the subject of Metro Bus
