General Rules

You will have to fill in the relevant documents in the link below and send them to IFEMA:
Each form is relevant only if you require that particular service.
The risk assessment form for the assembly / disassembly periods, must be completed by the company in charge of it.
It is mandatory for every design stand and has to be submitted through the company that performs the assembly.
STAND DESIGN / AESTHETIC RULES:

The maximum build height is 4 metres (may be less in certain areas of the halls)

Lighting rigs are permitted up to 4 metres (depending on the hall height) provided they have no build elements, ceiling or branding, (height permitting)

Non-island stands must provide walling for the full length of their side / back walls to at least a height of 3m

Shared walling must be clad and finished in plain white only, down to a height of 3m

No branding is permitted on the reverse of a shared wall

At least 50% of each stand side facing onto an aisle must remain open (or fitted with transparent material)

Extensive walling facing an aisle must be dressed with graphics, screens etc

Long walling of 4m or more facing onto an aisle must be stepped back by a minimum of 1m into the stand

ORDERS
Space only stands do not include carpet, additional power or furniture. Your stand contractor should provide these as part of your design build. Additional power and cleaning can be arranged via the online shop.
The electrical minimum consumption (130w/sqm) is included. If you need to order additional power beyond that or any other electricity please refer to the online catalogue.
IMPORTANT!

ALL lighting connection & electrical outlets must be ordered through the venue.

No electrical installation can may be suspended from the roof or fixed to any part of the building structure.

No fitting may project beyond the boundaries of the site allocated.

Cleaning - the exhibtion area is cleaned by the venue on a daily basis. However, it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to keep their stand area in a neat and tidy condition at all times. Exhibitors are to make their own arrangements for removal of items that are not for display purposes.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE IS ALLOWED IN THE EXHIBITION HALL
