Odense Tramway
With an education from Executive Management Programme INSEAD and MSP – Managing Successful Programs/AMP Group, Mogens Hagelskær has a strong background and the skillset to manage the complexity sur-rounding the planning and construction of Odense Tramway.
Prior to his job at Odense Tramway, Mogens was the head of Danish Railway Company Travelling Agency/DSB, this including large scale transformation, strategic focus and program management.
Mogens comes highly recommended from both current and former employees and business associates, being a leader with a professional business skillset both motivating, coaching and educating teams around him.
Mogens has since 2012 been head of the construction company Odense Tramway one of the most com-plex projects in Denmark. Since his beginning, the organization has grown from 4 employees at a project office at the Municipality, to be an independent construction company with approximately 100 in the core staff.
The entire project has a total budget of nearly three billion DKKR and a construction length of 14,5 kilome-ters.

Global Project Roundtables
At each round table, the project leader will talk for 5 minutes, following the format as below- Project introduction, highlighting particular challenges specific to that project
- Project progress, emphasising supplier and partner relations
- Project summary – what would we do differently if we tackled this project again?
There will then be one rotation, giving participants the opportunity to have joined two round tables in total
