Harald Havenith is currently responsible for the sales of train tickets to international destinations. This responsibility includes both the day-to-day sales through various channels as the continuous improvement of these channels. He is strongly focused on customer experience, omnichannel, agile teams and innovation. Prior to his move to NS International in 2013 he spent 20 years at ING. From 2008 to 2013 he was a board member of ING Direct in Italy heading the departments for business intelligence and online sales.
