Fabien Flauw, CEO, SETRAM Algeria

For more than 20 years in the SNCF Group, Fabien Flauw has worked as a manager in the field of works, maintenance and railway operation. As founder and CEO of Sferis, the new subsidiary of SNCF Infra, he put on the market the skills and know-how of the SNCF INFRA in maintenance, safety and railway operations.

He joined RATPDEV two years ago as President and CEO of SETRAM.

SETRAM is a joint venture between RATPDEV and two Algerian public companies EMA and TRANSTEV, in charge of the operation and maintenance of tramway networks in several cities : Algiers, Oran, Constantine and Sidi Bel Abbes (in operation since 26 July 2017).

Two new networks in Ouargla and Setif will be operated by SETRAM in 2018.Thus, with its 3,000 employees trained in Algeria by RATP experts, Setram will operate and maintain nearly 100KM of lines.

Global Project Roundtables

At each round table, the project leader will talk for 5 minutes, following the format as below
  • Project introduction, highlighting particular challenges specific to that project
  • Project progress, emphasising supplier and partner relations
  • Project summary – what would we do differently if we tackled this project again?
The table will then move on to discussion for 25 minutes.
There will then be one rotation, giving participants the opportunity to have joined two round tables in total
