Heinz Läubli | Attending Physician, Medical Oncology

Heinz Läubli is a physician scientist with clinical training and a specialisation in Medical Oncology. He is a senior attending physician at the University Hospital in Basel, Head of a clinical research group and Head of Glycobiology Research in the Cancer Immunology Laboratory in Basel. His research interests are glycan changes in solid tumors and their influence on the anti-tumor immune response. He is employing genetic and enzymatic manipulation to modify glycans for improvement of cancer immunotherapy. He has initiated different early phase clinical trials including trials involving cellular immunotherapies.
