Exhibitor move-out is from 3pm - 7pm on June 15, and 8am - 12pm on June 16. All exhibitors must clear the hall by 12pm on June 16.
Each 10x10 booth space will receive two 3 ft. side walls and an 8 ft. back wall. Please note that this is a raw space. Booths 300 sq. ft. and smaller will receive a 7" x 44" one-lineidentification sign, and booths larger than 300 sq. ft. can receive an ID sign upon request.
Freeman is our General Contractor for HDW. You can order graphics, furniture, carpet, etc. through them.
You can order electricity and internet services through the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
You can order Audio Visual services through our preferred vendor, Shepard AV.
Starting May 15th You can ship your booth materials to the Advanced Warehouse - Home Delivery World 2023, C/O Marano Trucking/ Freeman, 9820 Blue Grass Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19114 - to avoid additional fees. Should you have last minute items to ship, you can send them directly to show site starting June 12th - Home Delivery World 2023, Pennsylvania Convention Center, C/O Freeman, 1101 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
All catering services must be ordered through the PCC's exclusive caterer, Aramark.
Again, all alcohol must be ordered through Aramark and a bartender must be hired to pour all drinks.
Yes, you can bring in an outside Exhibitor Appointed Contractor, but they must be authorized Union labor, fill out an Authorization Form, and have all insurance requirements.
An Exhibitor can only bring material onto the show floor if the exhibitor can, in one trip “hand carry” or use nothing larger than a two-wheel baggage cart or "pop-up display" in wheeled case equal or less than 10’ in length (rubber or plastic wheels only) to bring in material. If your freight requires multiple trips you must have it delivered to the loading dock and material handling fees will be charged.
"Exhibitor owned and operated vehicles and small vans are permitted direct access to the loading dock however; union personnel are responsible for the loading and unloading of all trucks or trailers of common carriers including van lines. They also have jurisdiction of the loading and unloading of individual company vehicles and/or private owned vehicles. The loading dock is accessible on Vine Street between 11th and 12th streets. The GPS Address is 1130 Vine Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19107."
• Battery cables must be disconnected and taped.
• Fuel tanks have no more than 1/8 tank of gas
• Fuel tanks must be locked and sealed in an approved manner to prevent the escape of vapors.
• Refueling, or removal, of fuel from vehicles on the premises is prohibited.
• Vehicles may not be started up, or moved, during show hours.
• Appropriate protection must be placed under vehicle to protect the floor in the event of fluid leaks.
• You must fill out an authorization form and have the required COI.
• You will be given a move-in and move-out time from Freeman.
