Peter D. Jarowski, Ph. D. is co-founder and Director of ChemAlive SA since 2014 located in Lausanne, Switzerland. He obtained his Ph. D. in computational Quantum Chemistry in 2006 at UCLA and later did his postdoctoral stay at the ETH in Zurich in synthesis and experimental physical organic chemistry. He is an expert at applied quantum chemistry, cheminformatics and computational chemistry having executed numerous industrial projects ranging from small molecule discovery in structure and ligand based design to materials property prediction for synthetic polymers and surfaces. ChemAlive serves the entire chemical industry with bespoke solutions for advanced modeling covering the entire scope of industrial effort with a focus on practical computational prediction to help guide experimental scientists. Areas of focus include small molecule property prediction and mechanistic organic synthesis - combining the what and how for small molecule discovery in R, R+D and P.
