BioFi’s proprietary technology CellSim™ is a novel approach to virtual modeling and simulation for living organisms, enabling virtual experimentation in a way that was not possible before. From simple single cells to complex and dynamic multicellular systems, like tissues. As a companion to accelerate wet-lab research and to complement existing bioinformatics tools, these virtual cells enable versatile experimentation to investigate biological mechanisms and make predictions.
Build, test and refine cell regulatory networks, perturb the network, alter gene expression or the cell environment in a stop and go simulation interface, to establish causal relationships.
