Laura Unmuth, Bench Scientist & PhD candidate - Antibody Discovery & Protein Engineering, Merck KGaA

Laura Unmuth is a Bench Scientist and PhD candidate in the Antibody Discovery & Portein Engineering department of Merck KGaA, supervised by Stefan Zielonka and in collaboration with the group of Prof. Dr. Harald Kolmar at the Technical University of Darmstadt. Her research work focuses on the generation and engineering of bi- and multispecific antibody derivatives for immunological and immunoncological therapies. She completed her Master's in Molecular Biotechnology at the Esslingen University of Applied Sciences in 2023. She has an expertise in assay development and is part of several internal pipeline projects.
