Bernard Maillere is head of the Laboratory of Cellular Immunology and Biotechnology of the CEA, a French governmental research institute. He is also head of the immunology section of the doctoral school "therapeutic innovation" of the University of Paris-Saclay. He holds a Master's degree in biochemistry (1987) and a PhD in Immunology (1992), both from AgroParisTech. SInce 2007 he has focused on the immunogenicity of biopharmaceuticals and has contributed to international projects on immunogenicity (ABIRISK, ARDAT). He is cordinating a National collaborative project (ACCREDIA) on developability of innovative antibodies as part of France2030 investment program. His lab collaborates with numerous companies and he personally serves as consultant for biotech companies.
