Anike Te is an industrial strategist, honorary professor and advisor focused on strategic growth and innovation. Anike was appointed as Chief Strategy Officer of Lucideon in 2018, where she previously served on Lucideon’s Group Business Development Board and is currently a member of the Strategy Management Group. She is the Aegis Professor of Engineering Biology at the University of Bristol. At the university, she supports synthetic and engineering biology transitioning from academia to industrial applications, such as for novel therapeutics, diagnostics, and materials. She served on the Scientific Advisory Board of the Bristol Centre for Engineering Biology (BrisEngBio) and contributed to its strategic direction. Anike became Strategic Advisor to the Chief Scientific Officer of the UK Health Security Agency in 2024 where she advises on strategies for science. She is a former dentist and managed clinical trials worldwide for two leading dental implant manufacturers. She is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with a background in finance and internal controls. Anike is passionate about science and advancing treatments and diagnostics for patients through innovation.
