Srikanth earned his PhD in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He currently serves as an Associate Director at Neurocrine Biosciences, San Diego, leading a team dedicated to developing bioanalytical methods using LBA and LC-MS for Pharmacokinetic and Toxicokinetic assessment of various therapeutic modalities such as small molecules, antibodies, bispecifics, and fusion proteins from early discovery to FIH. Before joining Neurocrine, he accumulated a decade of industry experience at Bristol Myers Squibb and Bayer Healthcare in the San Francisco Bay Area.
