Eugene Rozenblyum is currently Senior Director of Trade Relations and Enterprise Drug Solutions for Excellus BlueCross BlueShield. His responsibilities include developing cohesive, enterprise-wide drug strategies and assessing various financial approaches. He is responsible for value/outcomes-based contract negotiations and implementations. He leads a diverse team of pharmacists that are responsible for medical benefit drug strategy and specialty pharmacy program administration and contracting.

Eugene completed his PharmD at the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. He serves as a preceptor for APPE pharmacy students through both the University at Buffalo and St. John Fisher.
