Erika Stevens is a Transformation Management Consultant and Faculty for Clinical Research Management (CRM) with over 25 years’ experience in process improvement initiatives for productivity, quality and efficiency in operations, cross-functional relationships, administration, manufacturing, compliance risk management, and enterprise management transformation services.  She has worked with device and pharmaceutical companies, CROs, academic medical centers, hospital systems, cancer centers, and facilities management as well as being a distinguished author.  She is the immediate past President of the Association of Clincial Research Professionals (ACRP) and a Principal Consultant at Recherche Transformation Rapide.
