Festival of Biologics Agenda


The final agenda will be printed on Tuesday February 25, so please let us know any final changes you might have to your titles/presentations BEFORE 17:00 BST on Monday February 24. 
This includes if you no longer plan on speaking at the event.

Festival of Biologics presentations


Please ensure that you bring your presentation with you on a memory stick, to be uploaded in our central speaker room onsite. All presentations are to be in the 16:9 format.
Please try to avoid bringing it with you on a laptop, as we do not have capabilities to link up your laptop to the lectern in many of the conference rooms. If you MUST bring your presentation on a laptop, it is expected that you bring all necessary cables/adapters with you, and please let us know with plenty of time.
If you DO NOT want your slides distributed at the end of the conference, please mark your presentation with DO NOT DISTRIBUTE in the title. We operate the distribution of slides on an OPT OUT basis. 

Festival of Biologics Roundtables


If you are running a roundtable, please be at your table approx. 10 minutes before the session starts. Sign-ups for the roundtables will be taking place in the networking break beforehand. 

Festival of Biologics Chair People


If you are a chairperson for a stream, you will be sent a chair pack with all the information you need to know before the congress and be introduced via email to your speakers. Please be in the conference room approx. 10 minutes before your stream starts so you can be briefed and introduced to the speakers (if possible). 

Festival of Biologics Workshop


These will be taking place during the breaks of the event, and there are no prior sign-ups. These sessions are open for everyone. Please let us know if you plan on using a presentation – this can be uploaded in the speaker room onsite. 

Festival of Biologics Networking


You should have received an email with your log-in details for Jujama, our networking app. Please make sure you set up your account, so you can start booking and accepting meetings. We have a dedicated Jujama meeting point onsite at the congress, within the exhibition floor. If you have not received your Jujama log-in details, check your junk folder. Contact Hayley Atkinson , our Networking Manager if you have any questions about the networking app. 


We will be running two networking drinks receptions during the Festival of Biologics USA.

We will be having an offsite drinks reception on the evening of the 2nd of March, which will be at The Bay Terrace at Loewes Resort. Drinks and refreshments will be served.
On the 3rd of March, we will be hosting an onsite drinks reception after the main conference sessions finish, which will focus on the poster zone.

Poster presenters will be available for discussions and Q&A on their posters, and drinks and light refreshments will be served.
