Jatinder Harchowal, Jatinder Harchowal Chief Pharmacist / Clinical Director, Medicines Management & Clinical Support Services Business Unit, Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust

Jatinder is Chief Pharmacist and Clinical Director for Medicines Management and Clinical Support Services in the Royal Marsden Hospital (RMH). Prior to joining RMH, Jatinder was Chief of Pharmacy in Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust for 5 years.  Jatinder has also worked as Chief Pharmacist and Assistant Director of Operations in Ealing Hospital NHS Trust, London. Whilst there, he was the pharmacy advisor to the Clinical Advisory Group for the Healthcare for London programme. 
Jatinder has previously worked as a senior operational and clinical pharmacy lead in a number of Trusts in London, including Barts and the London, King’s College Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital.  He qualified in 1991, obtained the Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy in 1993, the MSc in Clinical Pharmacy Practice in 1996 and Diploma in Management Studies in 2000. 
Jatinder is a current Health Foundation fellow and has recently completed the Health Foundation’s Masters in Leadership and Quality Improvement programme (Generation Q).
