Simon Fletcher is the Chief Strategy Officer of Small Cell Forum (SCF), the global membership organization committed to supporting agile, low-cost mobile infrastructure through small cell products, networks and systems. In his CSO role Simon helps to set the agenda and priorities of SCF, drive the work program and engage partners and organizations in collaborative projects. Simon has more than 20 years’ experience working in the Mobile and Wireless technologies sectors. Beginning his career in technology demonstrators at Racal Radar Defence Systems, he moved to NEC 1999 to play a key role in the development of core technology in 3G and 4G working in international Joint Ventures environments, establishing open interfaces and emergent architecture and product commercialisation ecosystems. Today he is CEO at Real Wireless, an independent wireless consultancy.
