Roque Lozano is the Senior Vice President of Network Infrastructure at Nokia, leading IP, Optical, and Fixed Networks, Data Centers, and Webscale solutions in Middle East and Africa.
With over 25 years of international experience across Europe, Asia-Pacific, China, and South America, he has been driving Nokia’s infrastructure business in MEA since 2018. He works closely with telecom operators, cloud infrastructure providers, enterprises, governments, and industry partners to enable agile, AI-driven, and future-ready networks, while advancing digital inclusion, smart infrastructure, and sustainable connectivity.
He is a recognized thought leader in AI-native networking and cloud-native infrastructure. Roque holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
