Dr Mudar AlBarry is an accomplished telecommunications leader with over 20 years of expertise in both technical and strategic roles. He has successfully driven transformative technology initiatives across mobile and fixed networks within Stc Group’s Technology sector.
During his career at stc, AlBarry has led multiple departments managing complex, cross-functional technology programs from inception to completion. Guiding diverse technology teams to translate demand and requirements of various stc business units (B2C and B2B) into elaborated technology plans for Fixed, Mobile, Transport and Core domains. 
In his latest role as Fiber Business Strategy & Performance Program Manager, he leads the development and execution of stc’s Fiber Transformation Program, advancing growth, efficiency, and operational enablement to reinforce and grow stc’s leadership within Saudi Arabia’s fast-evolving fiber infrastructure landscape.
