Mohammed Bin-Hassan is the Managing Director of Khazna AI Data Center in Saudi Arabia, where he leads the company’s strategic expansion into the Kingdom to establish world-class, AI-ready, Blackwell-ready infrastructure. Khazna is the region’s undisputed leader in hyperscale data centers, operating the largest portfolio in the Middle East and North Africa. Its entry into Saudi Arabia signals a new era of digital infrastructure designed to power artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, and the data economy at scale. With over two decades of leadership experience in digital transformation, national strategies, and advanced technologies, Mohammed has consistently delivered impact across government, industry, and critical national programs. Before joining Khazna, he was Chief Digital Officer at Water Solution Management (WSM), a PIF company, where he spearheaded the company’s first IT and Digital strategy. He also served as Executive Director for the 4th Industrial Revolution at the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP), where he oversaw a SAR 2 billion national strategy and contributed to Saudi Arabia’s National Industrial, Technology Cluster, and Transportation & Logistics strategies. His earlier career includes senior leadership roles at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, Accenture, and SABIC, where he directed large-scale IT, cybersecurity, and global digital transformation programs. Mohammed holds an Executive MBA from IMD Business School and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from King Saud University and has completed leadership programs at Harvard Business School and IMD.
