Dina Sallam is a seasoned technology leader with over 17 years of experience in Data Management, Data Science, AI, and Customer Experience Management. She currently serves as Head of Data, AI & CVM Analytics at Orange Egypt, where she drives large-scale innovation through advanced data platforms and AI-driven solutions. With a foundation as a telecom engineer, Dina has built her career in leading mobile operators, working across mission-critical domains such as Quality of Service and Customer Experience Management. Today, she focuses on building cutting-edge, scalable data platforms that enhance organizational data literacy and unlock new revenue streams through data monetization. She also develops robust AI solutions that increase profit margins, optimize customer engagement, and streamline business workflows. Beyond her corporate leadership, Dina is the Ambassador of Women in AI (WAI) in Egypt, where she plays a pivotal role in enriching Egypt’s AI ecosystem and community. Through this role, she fosters collaboration, empowers women in technology, and bridges the gap between global AI advancements and local innovation. Her academic achievements include a Professional Certificate in Machine Learning and AI from MIT Professional Education and an MBA from ESLSCA Business School, in addition to being Green Belt certified by the American Society for Quality.
