Sander Jansen is General Manager of Adtran’s Infrastructure Monitoring product unit, leading the company’s ALM fiber monitoring solution. With over 20 years in telecommunications, he has a strong track record of delivering innovative technologies to global service providers. Previously, Sander held roles at ADVA, KDDI, NSN, and Siemens Communications. He earned a Ph.D. in electronic engineering (with highest honors) from Eindhoven University of Technology and has authored 100+ scientific publications and 20+ patents. His accolades include the IEEE Photonics Society’s Young Investigator Award for pioneering work in optical OFDM.
