Kevin is responsible for the delivery of fibre and network infrastructure for all our residential and business customers
Kevin began his career with Ericsson before joining the start-up cable TV industry as it rapidly expanded in Britain. As director of TV and media for NTL, Kevin was responsible for delivering the world’s first digital cable TV service, Europe’s first video on demand service and the UK’s very first Broadband network.
At BT, Kevin was initially responsible for Britain’s network operations. He became BT’s director of London 2012 operation and was responsible for BT’s award winning delivery of network, TV, voice and web services to the London Olympic and Paralympic Games viewed by a global audience of 4 billion.
Following the Games, Kevin took over responsibility for all of BT’s voice services from strategy, design, build and operation of the consumer, business, mobile and emergency services.
Kevin joined BT Wholesale as MD Customer Services and CIO, responsible for the customer experience for Britain’s communication providers before joining Openreach.
Kevin holds a B.Eng, Electrical and Electronic Engineering; London Business School, Senior Executive Programme and Henley Business School, Responsible Leadership (CSR).
