Darren heads up FarrPoint’s Policy Practice designed to engage meaningfully with policymakers and key influencers to make a positive impact on Digital Inclusion and ultimately Social Inclusion. Darren currently represents FarrPoint at the Scottish Parliament’s Cross-Party Group on Digital Inclusion and participates in policy discussions on some of today’s most important socioeconomic challenges, seeking outcomes that serve the public interest.
Darren also advises Local Authorities on their digital infrastructure programs, clients include: Shetland Island Council; North Tyne Combined Authority; Renfrewshire Council and Tees Valley Combined Authority.

Darren has worked in the telecommunications industry for almost 30 years joining BT in 1990.
