PicUP brings a new digital experience to one of the largest channels of enterprise interaction - outbound phone calls. While most of the calls are still unknown, our AI-powered platform uses an ML algorithm to optimize and personalize the incoming call interface for any users that receive a call from enterprises.

PicUP offers enterprises to enable and identify the calls for the users, get more digital capabilities by moving to chat, delay the call, and by that improve some of their most important KPIs such as Sales, answer rate, call center efficiency, customer experience and satisfaction. we are able to increase companies revenue by 42% on average, and reduce the hang-ups by 62%. A survey that Vodafone was running found that 92% of clients would like to keep and receive such a call.

We are focused on 3 main industries:

 -Telcos - currently working with Vodafone, American movel and others.

-Banks - currently working with AMEX and in a pilot with a large bank in the UK.

 -Insurers - currently working with UnipolSai and IDI.

After launching the service with tier 1 enterprises in the EU, LATAM and Israel we are currently expanding to more companies within those markets and in parallel have started to progress with companies in North America and Asia.
