Day 1 People is a professional services consultancy focused on 5G, Space & Defence. We specialise in the capture, win and delivery of complex programmes. Our mission is to support clients in realising objective improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of a programme, portfolio or enterprise. We collaborate with Primes and SMEs to support Procurement, Bid and In-Service Delivery. We also provide management of Social Value, P3M, Horizon Watch, Collaboration, Stakeholders and Benefits all with the aim of providing effective solutions to complex problems. Our strategy is to establish a culture of customer problem solving, integrity and augmenting human capability. We use digital and collaborative Content-as-a Service to create information advantage and turn ideas into Value Propositions.
