Ambiflo has a PaaS solution called "Oasis," for MNOs and Towercos to digitise their network cell sites in their 3d geography and mange these cell sites through all life cycle stages; Planning (of new opportunities) - Design - Build - Operations.
Oasis allows non-CAD (or BIM) people, such as RF engineers, to design and validate/visualise sites in minutes and have high quality drawings exported to BIM standards.
