Steve is the Founder and Managing Director of Layer 7 Capital, a boutique investment bank based in New York. For the last two decades, Steve has worked with companies in the cloud, digital transformation, IT services and digital infrastructure sectors. Prior to forming Layer 7 Capital, Steve was a Managing Director at Bank Street, a boutique investment bank covering the TMT sector. Steve also worked as a leveraged finance professional at Carlyle, BofA, Merrill Lynch and US Bancorp Libra. Steve began his career as a corporate lawyer at Fried Frank in NYC. Steve currently serves on the board of Performive and Advice Interactive Group. Steve graduated from Harvard Law School and UC Berkeley.
