Philip Macres is a principal at Klein Law Group, PLLC. He has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Philip counsels companies on increasing profitability, reducing risk, and furthering their corporate objectives through effective and efficient regulatory, litigation, transactional, and business strategies. Philip represents competitive providers on regulatory policy, compliance, litigation, and dispute resolution matters before the FCC, state public service commissions, and federal courts. He also assists clients in preparing broadband construction funding applications and addressing other obligations under federal and state programs, including the FCC’s RDOF and ACP, NTIA’s BEAD and Middle Mile, USDA’s Reconnect, Community Connect and Telecommunications Infrastructure Loan, and ARPA’s SLFRF and CPA programs. In addition, he represents clients before the U.S. Congress as well as federal and state agencies and offices on broadband deployment and funding opportunities and issues. During the past few years, Philip assisted a client in obtaining more than $83.9 million in broadband funding awards.
