Glen Howie, Director, Arkansas State Broadband Office, State of Arkansas

Glen Howie is the Director of the Arkansas State Broadband Office, where he serves as the chief broadband advisor to Gov. Sanders. He is guiding the state’s BEAD and Digital Equity planning and implementation, an effort expected to exceed $1 billion. Starting in his role last August, he came to Arkansas from the nationally recognized Louisiana Office of Broadband Development and Connectivity.
