Francisco Gallegos serves as DIA's Digital Inclusion Program Manager. Mr. Gallegos has 5 years of experience in the digital inclusion and telecommunications fields and specializes in content development, instructional design, grant writing, and geographic information systems. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi (BS, Economics) and St. Mary's University - San Antonio (Master of Public Administration), and holds a Professional Certificate in GIS from Michigan State University.
