Leveraging a 26-year career in Regulatory Affairs for the communications industry, Esther joined Cox’s new Market Expansion team (“MET”) in late 2021. The MET is focused on Cox’s significant efforts to address the Digital Divide by expanding its reach into un-and-underserved areas of our country. Esther has a passion for inclusion, diversity & equity work, and has been an active participant in Cox’s Inclusion & Diversity Council and ERGs, as well as a founding member of the annual California Cable Supplier Diversity Symposium. She extends this work into her community with Board membership/volunteerism for the youth non-profit Outdoor Outreach. Esther earned a B.A. in Broadcast/Cable from Penn State University and a J.D. from California Western School of Law. She lives in San Diego with her two sons and their dogs.
