Erik works to bridge the digital divide in rural Texas in his role as the Director of Telecom Business Development at the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA). Erik joined LCRA after leading sales at two software startups – WaterSmart and Remedy Interactive. With his team, Erik grew both companies significantly, culminating in the sale of the companies to private equity firms. Erik also has had the opportunity to collaborate with many diverse and innovative companies around the world during 13 years of sales, strategy, supply chain, and alliances work at PeopleSoft, HP, and FedEx. Erik earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis and his MBA from Vanderbilt University.
