Mr. Rottmayer has been in the telecommunications industry for 44+ years and has designed, built, and operated wireline & wireless networks globally.  He has been involved with assisting and executing several grant programs for various telecommunications companies.  Additionally, he has assisted in developing and negotiating governmental regulations within the United States and internationally. Mr. Rottmayer is a recognized trainer and expert in Telecommunications and FTTx design and deployment, having been an early leader in deploying these technologies. His background lends to quickly understanding not only the technical but also, the business – financial and product - needs within telecommunications. While not only understanding the wireline side but also how to create hybrid environments that complement the business needs.  Mr. Rottmayer has written and publish several articles about Telecommunications and FTTH as well as having designed, deployed, and operated FTTH and other telecommunications networks worldwide.
