As Director of Government Affairs, Carver is responsible for building and leveraging relationships at local and state levels to remove barriers, accelerate deployment, and ultimately facilitate improved connectivity and network access through the expansion of Crown Castle’s communications infrastructure. He currently leads a team of accomplished professionals and oversees Crown Castle’s government affairs activities across the northeastern US, including 13 states and the District of Columbia. Prior to joining Crown Castle in 2013, Carver spent two decades in site and land development across California for the wireless industry and real estate developers. He received his B.A. in Political Science, with an emphasis in Business Administration, from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a former Presidential Intern in the White House Office of Public Affairs, and a former recipient of the Fellowship in Public Affairs from the Coro Foundation of Southern California. Carver and his wife, Tracy, currently reside outside Atlanta, GA and are empty-nesters with four children and seven grandchildren.
