Bryan J. Rader is President, MDU for Pavlov Media, a leading provider of broadband services to the multifamily market.  He is a 30 year industry veteran in the broadband industry. He was the Founder/CEO of MediaWorks, a leading provider of TV and internet services to apartments in the southeast (which was successfully sold to Directv), and then lead Bandwidth Consulting LLC, which consulted with both property owners and providers to the multifamily industry.  In 2016, he joined Access Media Holdings, where he launched Upstream Network, a leading platform for broadband services to the condo/HOA market.  He joined Pavlov Media in 2022 as President of MDU, where he is heading up the company’s efforts to expand its reach.  He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences including NMHC OpTech, Broadband Summit, and WISPApalooza, and writes a monthly column called “From The Operator’s Point of View” in Broadband Communities magazine.  He won the 2019 Cornerstone Award for Industry Leader.  He lives in Atlanta with his wife, and is an avid supporter of autism research and awareness.
