Allison M. Ellis is Senior Vice President, Regulatory & Governmental Affairs. She recently joined Frontier’s Broadband Grants Team to support efforts to secure grant funding to bring premier Fiber-to-the-Premises connectivity to the high cost, unserved, and underserved locations in Frontier’s footprint, with a special focus on Public Private Partnerships, Community Outreach and Digital Equity and Inclusion. Prior to this role, Allison oversaw state and federal regulatory and legislative matters across Frontier’s 25 state footprint and the regulatory compliance function. Since joining Frontier in 2010, Allison has held positions of increasing responsibility, in both the legal and regulatory functions. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Florida. Allison has 25+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry working in private practice, for telecommunications providers, and for a telecommunications equipment manufacturer. Allison began her career as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Cook County, Illinois.
