Mr Bill Weil, Chief investment officer, Ludgate Investments

Bill Weil is the Chief Investment Officer of Ludgate Investments, responsible for investments, strategy and management of the investment team. He started his career at Environmental Resources Management as a consultant, moving on to various operational experiences, including helping to turn around a start-up in the metals sector. Prior to joining Ludgate, Bill was General Manager of Strategy and Portfolio for Royal Dutch Shell in their Renewables and CO2 division and then latterly, gained experienced in resource efficiency venture investing working with Vantage Point Venture Partners. Bill Weil will be bringing his expertise to a panel discussion on whether investors see AD projects as high risk.
